I am not a fan of going to the doctors, but from the minute you walk in, to when you leave, you are treated like you belong. The girls at the front are fantastic, the doctors listen to you and help with your needs, they are also amazing on following up to make sure you stay well and on track. The pharmacy staff are also extremely helpful as well. Overall, you have a great experience, even if you aren’t feeling the greatest. They truly take care of you. I would highly recommend anyone in Oshawa to come here.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience** I had a very negative experience with a doctor at this clinic who came across as lacking both empathy and professionalism. During our brief consultation, he emphasized multiple times that he only had 10 minutes and could only address one issue—which I understand and respect. However, instead of using that time effectively to least examine one the issues I mentioned he focused more on explaining why he couldn’t help me with multiple issues. He compared the situation to calling an electrician and I felt so unsupported especially after a long wait. I left so he could finish his notes. I expect better communication and compassion from a healthcare provider.

From the reception to the Doctor’s office I always have a very pleasant experience. They have excellent PR skills and the follow up is exceptional. Dr. Anne is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She treats her patients like VIPs. I highly recommend intrepid medical centre.

I always have the best experience here. The staff is amazing, accommodating, efficient and super welcoming. Dr Anne nwobu is so great at addressing needs promptly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good thing about my experiences. Also I'd like to add I've been coming here for 4 or more years! Everytime I go, I am really happy with everyone, which is difficult to achieve with Canadian health care but I honestly can tell they care about their patients.
