We have used Nate as our realtor two times and each time he has been so helpful and professional. Buying and selling a house can be stressful sometimes but Nate is very calm and composed and gives us great advise. He understands and is so gifted in how to maneuver through even sticky situations. He also responds very promptly to our many questions and helps us work through the unknowns. Highly recommend Nate and would most definitely use him again.

Nate Holler was nothing short of extraordinary. 10/10 would recommend. He is an amazing realtor and overall great person. He was a pleasure to be around while viewing different homes and made us feel relaxed and in good hands. He never made us feel pressured to make a purchase, provided top notch guidance and expertise, and allowed us to go at our own pace. He was perfect! This is probably far too long of a review, but Nate deserves all of the praise in the world! Here is our story: We were first time home buyers, with lots of nerves, questions, and no idea where to even start. Asking around, we were referred to Nate from some friends who had also worked with him had a good experience. We first had an introductory meeting with Nate and he helped answer all of our beginner questions as well as some more in depth questions about general reality and how the process goes. He made sure we understood the ins and outs of home buying and what it looked like from a buyer, seller, and agent perspective. We then spoke about what we were searching for as buyers. What we liked, what we didn't like, non negotiables for home features, etc. After the initial meeting, we could tell that Nate was exactly who we were hoping for. When we started searching for homes, Nate was extremely helpful in researching the properties we told him we were interested in, contacting the seller/seller agent, gathering information, and relaying it back to us. He was incredibly flexible and generous with his time, working around our schedules, and even dedicating entire weekend mornings or afternoons to view multiple homes with us. When we found a house we wanted, Nate helped guide us through every stage for making an offer, even through it was a more complicated deal. That particular deal was not a straightforward process, requiring a few extra hoops to jump through due to the sellers situation. However, with Nate's expertise and guidance, we were able to get an accepted offer from all parties involved! Unfortunately, the deal fell apart just days before closing, again, due to the sellers situation and nothing to do with our offer. We were crushed. However, Nate was with us every step of the way. He provided great support, insight, and advice, and worked hard to get our earnest money back, as well as get us back on the right track to restart our search. Resuming our home search, Nate remained positive and helped us along to eventually find a new home that we fell in love with. He again guided us through the offer process (this time a much easier process from the previous deal) and assisted us all the way through closing. He made our closing day feel special, and handled everything from the initial meeting, all the way until we closed, with great care. THANK YOU, NATE!
