IOC Construction

We are a 66 unit town home community in Gurnee, IL. We contracted with IOC, and together with our Architect, we have been rehabbing and upgrading our chimneys over the last several years. We have been tuck-pointing them, replacing all of the sealant, and covering our deteriorated chimney caps will new sheet metal caps. The before and after pictures attached show the dramatic improvement! The project execution was excellent! The project was completed on time, within budget, and met all quality expectations. I don't think anyone can ask for more than that! The crew was respectful, professional, meticulous in their work, and produced quality results. It was clear they were experts in their field and took pride in their work. Our experienced project manager was on top of all the details. He did a great job of keeping the project on track, keeping us informed, and leading us through the process. Our community residents are thrilled with the end result and have only positive comments about the crew, project management team, and the end result Thank you IOC! We recently hired IOC Construction to complete exterior repairs to our home. Woodpeckers had caused extensive damage to the wood trim in multiple areas of the exterior of the house. IOC Construction replaced all the damaged wood, which involved a power-lift, due to the height of the damaged areas. All equipment was delivered a day in advance, so the work could begin promptly as scheduled. IOC Construction also painted all the trim around the entire house. Work was performed in a very professional manner, with technicians arriving on time, and completing the required work a day ahead of schedule. The technicians were very helpful, and performed a complete walk-through of the work they were going to perform, and even suggested, and repaired items that we had not initially identified. We were very pleased with the look of our house after the project was completed. Looks like a brand new house! Would highly recommend using IOC Construction for any future projects.

David, Vicky, and their crews are fantastic to work with. We have utilized them for numerous painting projects over the years, large & small, interior & exterior. Each occasion they were pleasant to work with from scheduling the work through the completion. Thier crews are professional and courteous. If ever an issue, they make it right with no resistance.
