We have a rental home in the Iowa City area that some previous tenants trashed before moving out. We hired these guys to clean it up and they did a great job. There was drywall work, flooring and door replacement, painting, and a few other odds and ends that had to be done. They did good work and were very reasonably priced. We'll definitely use them again for any other repairs that our rental property may need.
