Wow! Very impressed with this office! Had a bit of an emergency situation and their front office employee, Jean, was able to get me set up with a same-day appointment. Very friendly and helpful when setting up a new patient profile. Once at the location, my nerves were almost completely settled by the easy-going yet professional staff and their reassuring support and kindness. Dr. Jones came in, laid it all out for me, gave me his opinion and guidance and I left with a game plan! For an absolute dentist nerve wreck like myself, this office made me feel cared for, listened to, and appreciated!

I have had EXCELLENT experiences here since they started in this location. Dr. Jones and the dental hygienists do a fantastic job and ensure all of your concerns are addressed, and the reception staff is always nice and accommodating. Also, being able to schedule a same day appointment was a HUGE plus for me due to an unexpected issue that came up. I would highly recommend Iowa Dental Grimes to anyone who is seeking a new provider.
