I recently had an amazing experience at a mobile repair shop in Malaysia. As a tourist, I was in a bit of a panic when my phone, an iPhone 11, suffered a severe accident. The back glass was completely shattered, and worse, the phone couldn’t even be turned on. I was really worried that I’d lost all my important data and that the phone was beyond repair. Thankfully, this shop came to the rescue! They were extremely professional and ordered a new back glass for the iPhone 11. Not only did they replace the shattered back, but they also carefully transferred the motherboard and all other essential parts. In no time, my phone was back to life, fully functional again. I cannot express how relieved I was that my phone was saved, especially considering how much I rely on it for navigation and communication while traveling. These experts truly worked magic and saved me from what could have been a major inconvenience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quick and reliable phone repairs. Their efficiency and attention to detail are top-notch!

I went there last night around 8pm to fix my iPhone SE2 , its LCD screen came apart slightly on the top part. I didn’t have to wait at all because the technician wasn’t attending to anyone at that time. He did the job in 10 minutes without charging me anything, and for that I’m truly grateful. The place is clean, bright and spacious. There’s a long bench by a wall for you to sit and wait while the technician does what he’s supposed to do. It’s on the first floor but the staircase leading up to the place is clean, well-lit and very clearly marked so that you won’t be mistaken and that climbing about 20 steps up the stairs will definitely lead you to the glass-door of the repair shop. The interior is carpeted and visitors are expected to take off their shoes or sandals before entering. Air conditioning inside is neither too cold nor too warm - just at the right temperature. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop, but it is better to go there after 7pm so that you won’t struggle so much in finding a space to park your vehicle. The stop closes at 9pm. I highly recommend anyone to send their Android or iOS devices to this shop for repairs, or tweaks. I’m confident that they will deliver their job in full honesty.

In terms of the quality of the phone, it is excellent and comes with a warranty depending on the type of damage. However, when it comes to customer service, the experience could be improved due to a lack of communication between staff members. It often takes a long time to make decisions or resolve issues, resulting in lengthy wait times for customers. The waiting time was more than 30 minutes, even though the phone had already been repaired and sent to the counter from the repair section
