Offer came very quickly and followed up with discounted price for the promotion period, however arranging inspection team was hassle and after first arrangement no one came, I had to remind to arrange another visit which has happened but 3 weeks passed after that inspection visit, no further communication received, so I had to remind again and now waiting for an action. It is sad to see that I have to follow up each time. They respond but not share how is the status of my project process. Hoping to get final instruction to see when it will be installed.

Even answering technical questions and proposing the most efficient system (despite not being the most expensive) When the installation came: - It was done in 4 hours and the system was up and running the same day. - They show you how to operate the app, propose ideas to optimize the setup in the future (should we need more solar panels or battery) - They gave pets and compliments to my dog many times. -> All in all IQ solar was the best organized and comprehensive, delivered in all action points and offered the most competitive price of them all. I would not doubt for a second if I had to choose again.

Earlier this year, I reached out to several companies to install solar panels and a battery at my home in Brussels, and IQ Solar ticked all the boxes. The account manager that I was in contact with was very responsive and always on top of things. He also provided me with the best offer of the 5 other companies. Installation was also done professionally and took around 5 hours to install 12 panels and a battery. As a bonus, if you are into smart home automation, IQ Solar were kind to provide me with API access to Huawei FusionSolar, which I then connected to Home Assistant. All in all, I am very satisfied and happy with the service.
