We used Ryan for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. From the beginning he was straightforward with us and very realistic given the recent RE climate. He prioritized us not having to move/rent in between as we have a young family. He had lots of great suggestions for staging and his photo/3D walk through team were fast and professional. Ryan had all the prep work done for condo so that when it came time to offer on a new house we were ready to list our condo within a day or two. When viewing new homes Ryan was always very honest about the pros and cons of each house. He knew locations very well and was able to tell us true market value for homes in that area. He never rushed us to make an offer. When we finally found the home we wanted he was quick with the offer and was very responsive over the few days it took to close the deal. When it came time to list our condo Ryan was on it. It was slow selling it but in the end he got it done for a price we were comfortable with. For the move Ryan had so many good suggestions and although it was stressful it certainly was a lot easier with the prep work Ryan had suggested we do. Overall we had an amazing experience with Ryan and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest him to family and friends!
