Let me start off by saying these guys are great! Ray helped us understand the trade-off between hybrid and electric for the replacement of our furnace and addition of AC with a complete replacement upgrade of all ducting. Jose, Benedicto, and Jose (the installers) were outstanding. They were prompt the respectful of our property, responsive to a couple of on-the-fly decisions, and did a high-quality, clean installation. These guys were top-notch and very competitively priced — overall a great value. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

We had a fabulous experience throughout the whole process with IRBIS getting a new AC, heating system and whole house fan. Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and honest on the initial visit and promptly gave us a fair quote which included a better system and better price compared to another HVAC company. Jacobo and Benedicto arrived on time both days and did a fabulous job installing. They were friendly, worked hard, cleaned up and explained the new system. I’m also impressed that IRBIS takes care of all the paperwork needed for the rebates. Again, it was a great experience working with IRBIS, I highly recommend them!

Speechless, words cannot describe my appreciation for the "A" team, Jose and Oscar who did a full upgrade on my A/C unit. This team was very professional and provided excellent service. They walked me through every step and made sure that I understood how to use my new unit after installation was completed. The amount of debris that they accumulated from replacing my unit was a lot. They did such an exceptional job cleaning up the debris. They even vacuumed my garage. I would give them more than 5 stars and would highly recommend using this wonderful company.
