A huge headache. They are very cheap when it comes to any repairs or maintenance of their property. Me and my family lived in a mold infested home for over a month due to them not wanted to pay for mold testing denying that there could be mold in our home from a roof leak. After a long time and back& forth and positioning taking legal action, they sent out for mold testing and of course our entire first floor bathroom and bedroom were infested with mold all behind the walls and vanity. They had to rip out the walls and new vanity and much more. We lived like this with an infant, they had no sympathy for my family or our health. Even their maintenance vendors would say how Ryan is very challenging to any request. One also told me has they have asked him multiple times to do jobs for cheaper. Dominique on the other hand likes to argue with you and is narrow minded. Once it was our time to move out and the final walk through was only time she was nice and had a civil demeanor. Save your money and livelihood for people who actually care about you and do honest and professional business.

I've never left a public review before, but it is so difficult to find a good property management company so I had to give Susan and Titan a shout-out! I was a tenant at their 1825 G Street location for a year and a half, and they treated me extremely well. They promptly responded to any work requests through an app solution so I didn't have to wait until the next day to call them. they were also really great throughout the move-out process. If you goggled them because you're thinking about living at one of their rentals, I say do it!

I have been a part of Titan Property Mgmt for over 10 years. their professionalism good quality value and the way they response is always always to my satisfaction. if I have a problem which I've had very few problems on the property they respond immediately even if it's a weekend they always come to my rescue. once my air conditioner went out it was a hundred and five they send someone out that night to see if they can fix the problem I needed a new system I got a new system within 24 hours I have to admit. Once my toilet was messed up they gave me a brand new one. I have nothing bad to say about Titan property and if I did, I will certainly say so because I try to be a very honest person. I live on a property and I've been living on the property for over 20 years but I've been with them for 10 years. If I had a complaint they took care of it. This is something that's very important when your rent property, you need to be able to submit I request get a response get the problem fixed. The person I deal with is Davina, she works in the office, I don't care when I call her or what time I call her she responds to me very pleasant, never argumentative, I try to be nice and she's always nice.
