I phone 14 had cracked the back glass and then it got water damage. It Wouldn’t even come on! Now the camera barely works and I barely got it wet like in the sink. And it’s not coming on at all. Might be better to have insurance and just get a new phone instead of paying of dollars to have an old phone fixed.

My iPhone came in for a simple back glass replacement. Now it has the following issues: 1. Camera is blurry on “0.5” mode 2. My iPhone frame and camera has dings and indentions. 3. The screws were stripped out of the bottom. (I can no longer open my iPhone.) 4. My iPhone is no longer water proof. My point, this company completely ruined my $1000 iphone. Response: The people reading this review deserve the truth. My phone was in mint condition when I brought it in. The owner of this company ignored four separate attempts I made to contact him after the service. When I finally heard from him, he admitted he had a hard time removing the back of the phone—but at no point did he tell me that removing it would require damaging all three of the cameras. Now he’s claiming otherwise to protect himself, which is dishonest. If you’re considering doing business here, ask yourself if you’re okay with your device being damaged and the owner disappearing when you try to hold them accountable.

Can’t speak highly enough of iRepair Xpert. They are exactly what their store is called. Repair experts. My back glass on my iPhone was shattered, and my battery had started to swell. One of the few places that’s open after 7 PM, they were able to take my device and assess it last night and repair it today. They texted me in the early afternoon and I picked it up before 23 hours had even passed. Phone is pristine, looks new, and Joseph made every effort to ensure that my phone case didn’t have any remaining shards of glass that might scratch up the new back glass. While no one looks forward to a phone repair, I have to say, the price was better than anyone else I got quotes for online and the service was friendlier than places I’ve been to before, so if anything ever happens to my phone again, I know exactly where my first stop will be. Battery in iPhone needed replacement. Went by Best Buy first after I was told they could fix, just bring it in. Got there and was told I could make an appointment, drop off phone later and they would call me when done? Went by Cellaxs and battery was replaced in 15 minutes while I watched. Went home and followed recharge instructions and new battery working great. Went back and bought new case and screen cover. Highly recommend this shop.
