Took an iPhone in for a camera repair, and they did a fine job at a good price, and quickly. Took it back another time to have a botched battery replacement looked at, which it turned out they couldn't fix. Understandable. But when I went to pick it up, the guy was rude, borderline hostile even - sort of slammed the phone box on counter and acted bothered that he had to interrupt his video game playing in order to deal with an actual customer. Dreary little spot. Wouldn't go back.

Took in my iPhone XS that for some reason would not turn on at all. Did not have an appointment, just walked in an afternoon hoping they would be able to help as they had done years ago. They quickly explained to me the possible reasons why my phone wouldn’t turn on as it hadn’t fallen or gotten wet. My main concern was that the phone wouldn’t even charge and when I tried to fix it at home the computer couldn’t send the new data. His initial thoughts were right, as the face recognition was not letting the phone work properly. Once he was able to disconnect it we were able to back up the data in my phone. He told me that the face recognition could be changed but given that I had insurance it might be a better route to proceed with that. Thanks to him I was able to backup my phone and data. Even though he spent some time helping me discover what could be wrong and back up my data, he was nice and honest and did not charge me for the diagnostic. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking an honest and reliable phone repair.

Great customer service I called before going and they were very helpful. I got my phone fixed during my lunch break it wasn’t a bad damage but it was pretty bad screen cracked you could see the inside lens and black screen. I’m truly happy I came I highly recommend very helpful and reasonable price. Thank You I will definitely come back if I need to in the future.
