Could not have asked for a better experience. Conveniently located right in downtown, and the staff is amazing on multiple fronts. I came in the first time about a month ago , ended up having some problems a little after it was fixed and had to come back. The customer service I was given was immaculate. In 2025, it’s nice to see a business that values customers above all and that’s exactly what they do here. You can tell they work WITH you not simply to money grab. I run a business and typically have to get our tablets repaired often, and will be using this as my company of choice moving forward. Special shoutout to Quincy that works there as well who was able to help me out the second time around and made the experience even greater! Wishing the company continued success.

My phone is my life. I couldn't clock into work or handle business sufficiently. I was down to my last and asked a bunch of people downtown a place to repair my phone. Everyone kept saying Imprint Repairs is the best. Gave them a shot and they didn't disappoint. Service has been incredible. Anything I have broken I am bringing it to then.

I was very frantic on getting my phone, I expressed my concerns to the man (Q is his name) he gave me quota and I was out within an hour. Amazing company and amazing employees this shop deserves more business and more people like Q. Thank you
