I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I paid over $275 to get a screen replacement, and this also came with the clear guarantee that if my screen wasn’t cracked or broken, they would replace it. When I went in recently to have them fix the defective screen they installed (see pic), I was told they’re going out of business and are no longer ordering any new parts. Despite the promise they made, they refused to repair my device, even though it met all their stated conditions. Now my dad has to go into the store to try to get them to honor the original agreement. This whole situation has been frustrating and stressful. I trusted them to follow through, and they didn’t. At the very least, I wish they would stand by what they said when I handed them my money. Very disappointing.

I just had my phone repaired by Jacob & he was wonderful. I called before going and he let me know he could have my screen like new in about 45 minutes and he was finished a little before that. He was so nice and professional. He even put my screen protector on top of the new glass too. I would 100% recommend this repair shop & especially Jacob! Thanks so much!

I can’t speak for the quality of their work but I called them about fixing the back on my iPhone 14 after speaking to a young lady I drove to their location on Pharr road. After arriving she told me she didn’t have the back for my phone even though I had just talked to her. She called to her Smyrna store while I was still inside and said that they had the part I drove 30 minutes to that store and as soon as I got there the girl said that they also didn’t have the part even though she just confirmed that they did. Normally I wouldn’t be upset but I needed to turn the phone in that day to at&t for my promotion

Paid for screen replacement less then a week ago & with an otter box and screen protector the “new” screen still cracked and picture went out smh a waist of over $200 bucks. No drops on or anything , let’s me Know the screens are extremely cheap. I’m highly disappointed, I waisted $200+ dollars just for the new screen to be cracked and blacked out in a weeks time smh.
