Customer experiences
I have been wanting to try Burger Factory for a very long time. We decided to dine at the one at 265 Main Street East. The Downtown Milton location of this restaurant is ideal. Parking is scarce, however, because the customer parking spots are shared between other businesses within the plaza. I found the menu somewhat confusing at first glance. It was explained to me by the employee who then went on to take my order. The burger patties here are a generous 5oz in weight. Hamburgers and cheeseburgers with one, two, or three patties are available. What's unique about this place is that they also offer patties that are stuffed with cheddar or mozzarella cheese. Burger Factory allows their customers to totally customize their orders with their long list of complimentary and additionally-priced toppings. We ordered a Machine (double cheeseburger) and a Juicy Lucy (single hamburger with a cheese-stuffed patty). The Juicy Lucy was definitely juicy. It was unique, flavourful, and delicious. I would recommend it. The Machine, by comparison, was boring. The meat was dry. The buns of both were nothing to write home about. Some of the toppings did not seem fresh. I was not a fan of their lettuce. Instead of regular fries, we ordered a cheese fries and a poutine. The poutine was one of the best that I've had in recent memory. It was well worth the upgrade. The gravy and the cheese curds were perfect. The cheese fries, however, were beyond disappointing. The sauce looked and tasted like plastic. In both sides, their fresh-cut fries were great. After spending $54.20 on two combos, I did not like when the prompt on the payment machine asked me if I would like to leave a tip. It's always an awkward moment when an employee watches the customer skip through those prompts. The staff were friendly. The dining room didn't feel particularly warm or inviting. It wasn't noticeably clean and the kitchen didn't look very clean either. Burger Factory would be a great place to go if I had to eat halal meat for religious reasons. For me, I don't think I'll be back. There are better burgers out there at much lower prices. If I lived or worked nearby, I wouldn't be opposed to returning. I just would not make the trip to come back again. My experience was fine, but it was far from exceptional.
If you’re looking for a burger that doesn’t just satisfy your hunger but blows your taste buds away, look no further than Burger Factory. From the very first bite, it’s clear they take their craft seriously. You’ll be thinking about this burger long after the last bite. That burger was stacked high and packed with flavor,. juicy patty, crispy fried chicken, fresh veggies, melty cheese, and a soft sesame bun to hold it all together. Every bite was unreal. Thank you guys for the great vibes
amazing experience! the service was fast, and the workers were very kind to our group! the nashville chicken was made with real chicken rather than a giant chicken nugget at some places. it was delicious, perfect spice. the burger was juicy and made with real meat the tornado fries were soft with a bit of crunch, tasted like it was from a carnival which was awesome not pictured: strawberry milkshake which was sweet and smooth- 9/10 overall i give it a 10/10 for the cheap price we spent and the quality of food we got! overall about 50$ for three giant meals
Had a very generous sized funnel cake late night July 26th. The staff was friendly and made it quickly and with love. Took it home and devoured it.
