Tifini HildebrandtIf you’re looking for a great yoga class in Selkirk you need to sign for Abhyasa Flow with Chantal Ramos at Iron Image. I’ve attended two of her Thursday evening classes and will definitely be going back. The flow of her class, her technique and her melodic tone make for a very well rounded relaxing yet still challenging class. Highly recommend!
