Notice this company has only 5 star and 1 star reviews? Guess which reviews are real and which are fabricated. I just went through working with them and much like all the other 1 star reviews I can attest to the recruiters will ghost you out of nowhere. Leave you hanging for a week with repeated calls, emails and texts and won't respond to anything. In my case my recruiter mishandled my representation which ultimately cost me the position and another offer I had on the table that waited too long for my response. Try calling their corporate office and you're met with a Google Voice number. This company is a joke and apparently run out of someone's apartment. Stay away! ** To ISG's response: "Looking at the communication" ... try again. I reached out multiple times to my recruiter and was ghosted and I have those texts and emails time stamped that show the recruiter did NOT respond effectively or at all in some instances. ISG can take complete responsibility for misrepresenting a client and it seems to be a common theme from the other reviews. I even asked to speak to someone at the Director level at ISG and was told "they're not available, they can call you back when it's convenient for them". Like never. And in this instance I lost my other offer for taking too long, so now I lost both positions. If only ISG was transparent and communicative. It wasn't a lack on my part. My own recruiter even said they weren't available for a phone call only text. What a joke. And in your response your reasoning is the opposite of what the employer said when I called. Apparently there was feedback your recruiters failed to deliver that I could have overcome and possibly still won the role.

Mary C. did a PHENOMENAL job in helping me find a career. I worked with several different recruiters while I was searching, but Mary was extraordinary! She worked very diligently throughout the entire process to ensure that I was prepared for my interviews. She followed up with me along every step of the way to make sure everything was good on my end. With other recruiters, I felt like I was just a number, but Mary demonstrated to me that she really cared.
