I would not recommend bringing any game console here for repairs. I recently had the HDMI port on my PS5 replaced, and while the port was fixed, my console now shuts off within minutes of starting a game. This issue began immediately after their repair, which makes me question the quality and integrity of their service. Sir I would have to be able to play the game for it to over heat I never had and an overheating problem my console only can stay on for 5 minutes a game cannot overheat within 5 of loading up a game……………….:

If I could put 0 stars, I would. We went to get my boyfriend’s phone fixed and they sold us a defective screen the first time that caused the phone to overheat when charging and not hold charge. We went back and they kept the phone for over 24 hours to tell us they accidentally sold us a bad screen and fixed it. less than a month later, the screen was glitching, we had to fight to get it fixed as they didn’t want to fix it saying we dropped it and warranty wouldn’t cover it. it was dropped from an inch off the ground with 0 cracks. I’ve fixed my phone many places and a drop like that shouldn’t have caused the whole screen to glitch when there were no cracks to show how low of an impact the drop was. Not to mention, we specifically told them do not try to unlock the phone bc it will lock as it was glitching a lot and locking the phone. they did it anyway and we have to reset erasing everything off the phone. there was no apology. But now looking at the reviews, i regret not reading them as it seems like this is very common for them. The snarky responses to complaints is very telling on what kinds of people are running this business. I will be going to the BBB because this is terrible. Please go anywhere but here.
