Video from 10/17/25 3:07pm just South of Elk River, was tail gating for miles at over 75 in a 65mph, and changing lanes a lot to try to get around other drivers. I would suggest not using this company, very aggressive drivers. Please drive better!

My specialty pharmacy uses On Time Couriers to deliver important medications. They use On Time Couriers, probably the low bidder. Delivery is "guaranteed" by 5 p.m. I have never received a delivery by that time. After 7 p.m., I call their dispatcher. She calls the driver. Sometime after that, the package is delivered. If I didn't call, I am unsure if it would ever be delivered. If you send packages, don't use them. If you receive packages, call when they are late. That usually works.

I generally have good experiences but today’s driver: well, you might want to talk to staff about wearing political swag. The current culture is just too volatile and it simply put: it’s unprofessional.

Was just heading down Hwy 95 between North Branch and Cambridge on 9/3/23 at about 9am. I was going the speed limit and had one of the employees in a vehicle with this company's logo on the side DANGEROUSLY tailgating me for about 10 miles and then he angrily flipped me off when he passed me. I don't know if they tell their employees to drive like jerks to "B on time" but I do know I wouldn't want someone that un-stable coming to my house. Choose a different company people. (I did get a license plate number if a supervisor is interested in that information.)
