We utilized Island Transportation to get my family from RI to JFK airport. From the very beginning Kevin was responsive and answered every question we had. The prices were very reasonable for the trip. Several days before departure, we were contacted to confirm our trip and provided with the name of our driver, contact information for him and confirmation of the vehicle. Our driver, Nico, was incredible. Driving to JFK through CT and NY traffic is not a fun experience, but Nico was a joy. He made great conversation which helped us all take our minds of the very long trip ahead of us. He loaded all of our luggage, drove very carefully, attentively and safely and got us to our destination on time for our flight (which sadly could not do the same thing as it departed over an hour late) If we ever return to the US and to RI in particular, we know for sure who we will be contacting to get us from the airport

Island Transportation Service is exceptional! This week I used their service for a round trip from Newport RI to PVD Airport. I was picked up at home on a Tuesday at 4:30 AM, and picked up at the airport on Saturday at 4:30 PM. Both chauffeurs were professional, warm, kind, thoughtful and very helpful! And, very prompt. The vehicles were spacious SUVs, spotless and comfortable! I am a disabled female traveling alone with a small dog. Both drivers provided assistance with me, my pet and luggage…helping us out of the house and inside the airport. Beyond expectations. They provided their assistance with ease and grace. Oh, and the drive was worry free with safe and expert drivers. I recommend this company wholeheartedly! I look forward to my next trip to the airport or wherever with ITS! Oh, I want to name my chauffeurs, Anna and Shirley. You were both FABULOUS! Thank you so very much for everything you did to make this trip so wonderful! And…the owner Kevin made my late reservations possible and seamless with customer service orientation, clear communication and obvious dedication. Thank you, as well, Kevin!

We used this service to tour Newport, RI. We had several things we wanted to see and the service recommended others. Our Driver, Levon, was very helpful and suggested a route that covered all our must sees! Levon would stop and let us walk around and pointed out areas on interest as we drove around. Our vehicle was clean and roomy, just like an Uber XL or Black. We stayed at the Viking Hotel and this transport service is recommended by the hotel. The cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this car service.

Kevin was incredible. Communication was clear and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my daughter's round trip. Can't recommend Island transportation highly enough.
