Always professional, friendly and caring staff. The doctors are professional and have the best interests of their patients and their parents in mind. Phoebe, my French bulldog, might not necessarily enjoy her visits to the vet for obvious reasons, but the staff do everything possible to alleviate her anxiety and provide the best service. All procedures are explained carefully in easy to understand terms. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

My most recent visit to Islington Animal Hospital was smooth, efficient, and exceptional in every way. Dr. Marshall is truly one of a kind—her compassion, attentiveness, and calm approach ensure you never feel pressured or unheard. She focuses on the most important issues, explains everything clearly, and allows you to decide on the next steps with confidence. The time she spends with the dogs is incredibly thorough, and she leaves no stone unturned. I’ve been bringing my dogs to Islington Animal Hospital for many years, and I will continue to do so with complete trust in their care.

Every single vet at the clinic has been amazing in the 9 years that we’ve been with them. My dog has had a whole bunch of health issues so we’re there at least once or twice a year and it’s always a great experience. They are thorough, they listen, they don’t push certain treatments, are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always so helpful with the insurance claims, and even initiated an appeal without me even having to ask. I always get a follow up call from the vet, something a people doctor has never done 😆 honestly the best humans out there to care for your pets!
