Same experience as a lot of other reviewers. Choose this business due to positive word of mouth. Not my experience. Tried to get a new battery for my laptop. Initially sent a email that went unanswered. Called a few days later and was told it would be 5-7 business days for the new battery to arrive. Followed up after 2 weeks and was told his systems needed a reboot and he would call me back (he didn’t). Called 2 days later and was told he wasn’t at the store but remembered me and would call me back (he didn’t). I left a message 5 weeks after the initial conversation asking for a call back within 2 days or I would be taking my laptop elsewhere. I’ve been ghosted. Wasted a month trying to support a local business.

You won't find a more professional owner. Iaian, Whom I've known since he first opened Isp, has been instrumental to all my computer needs since. He has no problem explaining hardware specs and cost effectiveness. Most recently as of a few weeks ago. I went in for a new laptop. And here is where you see a level of professionalism and dedication to his customers that you will find nowhere else. He straight up told me that bestbuy was having a sale on laptops and that I could get one there much more powerful and much cheaper than he currently could even directly from the manufacturer. I didn't have to ask about it, Iaian told me this in response to me coming in to start talking about a laptop. AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDD He also agreed without hesitation to look at links to laptops I was looking at to advise me on their hardware capabilities VS price! AND HE DID! He saved me a little over $500. I gave him the new machine to get it set up the way I wanted it with a different operating system and I am perfectly pleased, as always, with his work. Thanks Iaian!
