I was selling my home when I learned that my six-year-old roof had so much hail damage it needed to be replaced. I was completely panicked and had no idea how I was going to manage such a big project on a tight timeline. But from the first call with ISP, I knew I was in good hands. Mollie was absolutely incredible. She took charge right away and guided me through every single step. She kept me calm when I was stressed and always made me feel like everything was under control. She handled nearly all of the communication with my insurance company and explained everything clearly so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the entire roof replacement before closing, even though the schedule was very tight. When there was a last-minute change with the type of gutter guards that needed to be installed, Mollie handled that too. She even secured additional funds from the insurance company to make sure it was fully covered. The entire process ended up being hands-off for me, and I always felt supported and cared for. I can’t thank Mollie and the whole team enough for turning such a stressful situation into a smooth and successful experience. If I could give a billion stars, I would! My experience with ISP Roofing was fantastic. Ryan was available by text any time we had questions. Molly answered the phone and knew exactly who I was and the status of my project EVERY TIME. The roofing and gutter materials I had installed are beautiful and are so much better than I had before. Plus ISP worked with my insurance and walked me through every step. I had never had a roof installed before, so I needed some advice and had a lot of questions about the process. The icing on the cake? The crews that came to work on my house were so fast, so focused, so respectful and so on their game. I can tell that these crews are taken care of at work and that means a lot to me. Here's the cherry on top...I only found one single nail after all that work. Amazing! I'd do this again with ISP, but I don't think I will need to for a long time because the work was so good!
