I applied to Ispace Technologies by submitting the required details to the recruiter. They asked me to take a test, which I completed and shared with them. They informed me that I passed the test and that the interview would be scheduled soon. The interview was scheduled for January 6, 2025, and I attended it. A few hours later, I received a congratulations email. They then requested a few documents, and I checked with the HR representative. He mentioned that the background verification would take about a week and that my likely joining date would be around January 16. However, almost a month passed, and I didn’t hear anything. I reached out to the HR representative multiple times but received no response to my messages. Eventually, he said he would call me in the evening but never did. On other occasions, he promised to discuss the matter the next day, but again, there was no follow-up. One day, he told me, "I will be available for calls from next Wednesday onwards" (this message was sent on February 5). When I called on that Wednesday, he told me that the remote position had been put on hold or canceled. He said that if I was okay with working a complete night shift in Hyderabad, they could proceed with my application. He insisted that I confirm immediately, or there would be no further options. I was shocked by this sudden change in the situation. If they had informed me earlier, I wouldn't have wasted so much time waiting. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience with them.

Please I request everyone do not go to interview for this company as they do not hire anyone. Just for the sake they are conducting interviews they are not ready to hire anyone and if someone get selected, they will not release offer letter at all. TIME WASTE 💯
