iSpecialize (Dalton)

I purchased a tub faucets from here. The sales person told me both were the same and it should work. Once I got home and took mine off it was different then the one I had. I called to see about exchanging for the other and there’s a strict no refund or exchange policy even though I was told to buy the wrong part. Now I’m out $50 and have to buy a different one as well.

Needed a bathtub. A bit overpriced, if I'm honest. $300 for just a tub. Lowes didn't have the right size, which is the only reason I bought from this place. Could have been half the price. I'd be a loyal customer if the prices were reasonable. And cash or check only? Who carries cash anymore? Let alone a checkbook.

Called these suckers over 6 weeks ago for a estimate and was told we would get from them multiple times and never once got a call! Trash people unless you can walk in and grab it yourself for sure! If you need work done I can find you people that will actually call you back or even show up like that said because bargo and son's sure a hell won't!
