Block Management 24 took over from a previous company that were not particularly proactive nor really visible and services were allowed to go unchecked and that lack of quality assurance reflected on the estate and perception of that historical management company. When Block Mgmt. 24 took over they were immediately visible, the increase care of garden grounds and attention to issue resolution were palpable. Martin always making himself known, visible around the estate helps build that connect and with Sam helping to coordinate all the admin / invoices efficiently and timely. Everything you would hope to expect from a service provider. Having sold a property twice on the estate the dreaded paperwork / service management packs etc are always time consuming and often add unnecessary time delays. Not with this team, Solicitors requests returned quickly and comprehensively, the ad-hoc questions treated likewise. It's been a pleasure having this team support our Estate... the way they do business is the right way. For that they need to be congratulated upon... It has been very much appreciated by me and my family... Thank you

Block management 24 took over from a terrible management company we previously used and moving to bm24 has been the best thing we we have ever done, Sam has been a god send helping us with our yearly budget and finances. Anything we ask he is very quick to respond and gives us the advice we need to move forward as a company. I would highly recommend using Sam and bm24 if you’re in need of a management company. There fees are very competitive and like I’ve previously said are always there to help and get the best prices. I am very happy to be apart of bm24 as I know if there’s anything I need there their to help me. I've used Block Management 24 for a couple of years now and so far have been very happy with their service and approach. I'm the freeholder of a small block which BM24 inspect monthly plus deal with cleaning and maintenance of the communal parts. Being a family run business communication is great - I'm sent photos each month and made aware of any issues. They offer practical advice on how to deal with problems and are always willing to step-up and get things sorted (even if its not the core of what they do). As I'm not local to the property I'm reliant on BM24 being my 'eyes and ears' and place my trust in them to make sure everything is in order.
