They always seek your approval of the work before they do anything but I will say Def issues are delicate and it should be given to the most experienced technicians to avoid what I want through for two weeks on the road visiting five different shops to get the Def pump fixed properly.
My truck broke down and this was the nearest freightliner dealership. The staff here is very friendly. In fact, all people in North Dakota are friendly. I got there at a bad time since it was Friday evening. On the weekends, they only have a skeleton crew to work. But they had my truck fixed by Tuesday morning. My water pump went out, that was the main reason I was in the shop. But they checked everything and fixed some other problems on my truck before it got serious. I have to say they did a wonderful job here at I94 freightliner. 😁😁😁🚛🚛🚛🚛
Good workmanship on the repairs. Comfortable waiting area. Had to walk upstairs to get to it. Didn,t care for the service counter help. Forgot I was there and found myself still waiting 40 mins. Later for my courtious ride
