Let me start by saying I LOVED THIS PLACE!! I utilized their self wash service for my Australian shepherd and my lab mix and it was awesome. They have everything you could ever want and more and great prices. The staff are the friendliest people I have ever met in my life! They were so helpful and informative. And the owner is so sweet as well! I even got some of their treats and my dogs love them!! I seriously could not recommend this place enough. Dont even think about it just book with them!

I cannot believe these guys! I brought my dog in for the first time. Admittedly it's been a while since he'd been groomed professionally. He was very matted. We bathe him but it's difficult to keep up with curly hair matting on small dogs. When I called to make the appointment I told them he was very matted, and they said that wouldn't be a big deal and told me the price. When I came back in to pick him up they charged me a matting fee that they didn't even tell me could be an option. And worst of all, they took a chunk out of my dog's leg. When I arrived they did tell me about it and acted all nonchalant, so I didn't even check because they just acted like it wasn't a big deal. When I got home and finally looked at my dog's leg, they had gone all the way through the fascia down into the fatty layer on his front right leg, almost arm pit. It probably could have used a stitch or two if they had told me right when it happened. So my poor dog has been in a cone of shame for the last 2 weeks as we are waiting for this wound to heal. We didn't even really get to enjoy the fact that he was clean and groomed. And knowing they had taken a giant chunk out of my dog's leg, they still charged me for the matting fee that they did not warn me about when I made my appointment, even though I was very clear about the state of his hair! Not sure that I'll be returning.

Very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Reasonable prices for sure! Loved the tub set up (not metal boxes high off the ground), but can get a little slippery, though. But! The staff was quick to continuously dry floors and to sweep fur. Easy equipment to use. Will be back!!

We love this place! It's clean and the staff is helpful when using the DIY dod wash. They even helped (did all of it) cut my dogs toenails when I needed a little extra help. The pricing is on-par with other groomers and have fast turnaround times. I've been able to get same-day appointments a number of times. The do it yourself dog wash facilities are fantastic and above average. The soap and conditioner options will absolutely blow your mind, this place doesn't mess around when it comes to soaps. In short, this is my go-to groomer and it should be yours as well. Remember, shop local as much as possible! Who want to give Petco too more money then strictly necessary.
