Jason at IT Connection did an outstanding job when the hard drive for our production robot failed. He was able to extract the data and had it copied within a matter of hours. Our production incurred minimal downtime and we now have a new ssd to hopefully prevent this from happening again as well as extra drives. Would recommend 10/10!

I called IT Connect needing to recover images from our computer that no longer booted up. I spoke with Jason and he asked to bring it by same day and I did. I stopped in and within about 15 or 20 minutes he was back with all the images I needed put on my portable hard drive. He was able to get me what I needed at a very reasonable price. Jason was great and was able to recover all of my photography sittings! Great knowledge, a local company, and very reasonable prices. I initially sent my hard drive to another company to recover, not knowing if IT Connect could handle the job. After a ridiculously expensive quote, I had them return it and I took it to Jason. He called me within hours to give me the pricing structure and let me know how he would proceed. Within a day he called to say he was able to retrieve almost everything. I dropped the external hard drive off the next day and he had it back to me a short time later. IT Connect was 1/2 the original estimate I received and was able to get everything I needed.
