Lynda LansfordJust sold our property we bought from them 3 1/2 years ago. Thank goodness. We would have ended up paying 5x what this property is valued at if we had kept it. The lots are only worth $23,500 but they charge over double that and then charge you 12% interest. Would not live in another one of their communities ever again. The title company sent them payoff , they received it 4 days ago and yesterday they told me they didn't know where it was. Seriously?? I called again today and told them I had the person's name who signed for it and all of a sudden they found the payment.
