This is Bradley. He's a real life super hero. Bradley fixed my MacBook Pro 2015 which the "genuises" at the Apple Store could not fix. Back story: I'm a Small Business Owner and a seasoned Software Engineer with 30+ yrs of Enterprise Architecture experience. However, I'm not a desktop or network engineer. I've had this MacBook Pro 2015 (since 2015) that has ALL my work and personal files for the past decade. My entire life is on that laptop. (I definitely have multiple backups of this laptop.) Well, in October 2024, suddenly the laptop started rebooting randomly and would not stay ON for more than an hour. I googled and the best advice on Reddit was that it was a battery issue. I made 3 appointments with the Apple store in Mall of Millenia. The first "genuis" said it was a corrupt OS and he would try to re-install the OS. After 2 more appointments, I was told by a 2nd Apple "genuis" at the same store that this laptop could NOT be fixed. They basically gave up without even trying to fix or troubleshoot and handed my laptop back to me. Wasting 3 weeks of my precious time. I went ahead and ordered the laptop battery from iFixit.com and then googled for an IT store close by that could simply install the battery for me. I'm so happy I found this place. Bradley said YES and for a very fair price he was able to replace the battery overnight and had my laptop up and running by the next day. As of the date of this review (7/19/2025), my MacBook Pro 2015 is up and running and no issues whatsoever. I went back and gave Bradley a $25 Amazon Gift Card, to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This establishment and this young man has won my business. 🏆 I will be rooting for your success. 🙏

Third and final time coming back to this location. Young lady with black hair in the front was extremely sassy and rude to not just us, but the customer before us as well. Shame to see a place go down because of one bad Apple.
