The hair coloring and highlighting process went smoothly. However, during the washing stage, I experienced significant delays. I had to wait for approximately one hour for each of the two steps, even though each step was only supposed to take around 35 minutes. In total, I ended up waiting for two hours just to have my hair washed, which felt like a considerable waste of time.
