Went to this location with my auntie so she could get her iPhone repaid. The employee diagnosed the issue of the phone needing a new battery. We asked how long. He said 30 minutes. After an hour passed we asked again and he mentioned the driver was parking which was also false. Frustrated for my auntie because we were told one thing and over 2 hours later we are just getting back it. However once the battery was dropped off he was very efficient with fixing it!

if you want to waste your money, then this is the right spot. took phone twice to get screen replaced and both screens ended up not working (after waiting for more than 3 hours on both occasions). if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I took my iphone 7 in as i cracked the screen. Who needs to put up with the overpriced service at apple stores and wait forever to get a screen fixed. The owner fixed the screen in a few minutes while i ran some errands in the area. It worked well. However, there was a problem with the proximity sensor (the sensor that turns off the phone when you put it to your ear when you get calls so you dont press buttons randomly with your ear!). I took it back in and he fixed the issue in a minute or two at no charge. And explained what was going on to me as well. Knows what he is doing and took full responsibility for his work. Fast, ethical and fair. Great service. I can highly recommend him.

My screen cracked on my iPhone (everything else was workig) and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great job and very convenient as it’s near a bunch of shopping. The guy was very polite. Can’t beat the price , $74. The credit card machine wasn’t working properly so I paid in cash. I don’t know if they make appointments but I just walked in around 1 in the afternoon. It’s a pain to go to the Apple store for me (two toddlers) and sometimes can’t get an appointment quickly so this was a great option for me.
