Its a Baby

I can’t express enough how thankful we are for all the help we have received. We ordered a car seat and by a simple mistake the wrong one was ordered and given however they sorted it within the hour and we walked away with our pram and car seat. They work efficiently and are really helpful and informative when showing you the prams and carseats. Can’t recommend this family run business enough! So thank you very much It’s a baby for helping us find the perfect pram for our baby. 🩵

I bought a pram and they said just ring up in 4 weeks and you can collect it. I rang up and had to wait 2 months. When collecting it you have only got one hour per either a Friday or saturday to collect it. I was late one week so they said I cant get it. I turned up early the second time and still have to wait till dead on the time they gave. It is an absolutly joke. I would not recommend buying a pram from here to anyone. Even if you ring the shop no one ever answers. You have to collect the pram from somewhere else I did not bang on the door. Another person told me to knock on that door. I was not told you were having lunch. A lady told me that he was doing another job , but he will come and collect the pram for me. I was not screaming and shouting I just said that the collection was a joke. I am allowed to say this without raising a voice. however if you want to reply with lies then that's ok I just know the truth and that all that matters

GREAT service. Its a small privately owned boutique so you get a really personal service, you are put under no pressure to buy anything you do not feel comfortable buying, and they give fantastic advice and guidance. Lovely staff, flexible payment terms and customer services. I honestly can't praise them enough. We went to places like halfords and mammas & pappas and the staff there were obviously just bored and working through their shifts. Here you can honestly tell that they care, and want whats best for you and the baby. Things like that matter a LOT. I wish I could give them more stars!

Very bad customer service they speak to you like your nothing. All they want is you’re money my mum ordered an isofix but was given one that doesn’t swivel round despite her ordering this shes not used it and they won’t return it or exchange it for the one she asked for. And we also had troubles with the pram. This place is a joke I wouldn’t buy Here.

Lovely warm welcome when entering the store, we were asked if we needed any help we browsed round the store and then decided to ask questions about 2 prams, we were so impressed with the honesty, the time the lady took to spend time with us answer any questions we asked and price up different options. We were made clear exactly how it worked to place an order etc.. we went away to discuss we were that impressed with the beautiful store and the lovely staff we returned the next day to order the pram unfortunately the same sales person wasn’t there (forgive me I can’t remember names) however the service was still 10/10 friendly staff, asked all sorts of questions about the pregnancy and was just so polite. For this reason I’d recommend the store in future and I would 1000% be going back for more purchases and continue to in future. Fab staff, amazing prices and they really do go above and beyond x

Very helpful, friendly and have gone above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. They had a very good selection of baby products from prams to nursery furniture at very competitive prices which meant we were able to buy everything under one roof making things stress free and easy. Just what you need when you’re having your first baby. I could not recommend this shop enough for mums to be.

Beautiful showroom, on site parking and a great level of service. They even provided us with several demos of the different products. I would absolutely recommend It’s a Baby! Great customer service and the price is indeed cheaper than online. Had a wee bit issue with the pram and they were able to fix the issue within one week. Going to buy the cot/bed from them anytime soon.
