First time ever going to It's All About Me and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. When I originally booked the appointment, I did it via email as I just didn't have a spare moment to call. Suzette returned my email promptly and booked me in for the time I asked for. After realizing that she had offered me the wrong time, she emailed me back to ask if we could postpone the appointment by 30 mins (which was totally fine) but when I didn't respond she gave me a quick courtesy call just to verify that the time change would be okay. When I showed up to my appointment she was super friendly and even started my shellac removal while her current customer finished up a phone call. I explained to Suzette that I was hoping for some Rocky Horror themed nails and she collaborated with me and we came up with some great ideas. Although she upfront admitted that she wasn't very artistic so she wasn't sure how the lips would turn out, she did say she would do her very best. I love the way my nails turned out. I think she did a fabulous job and I appreciated her honesty up front. She was great at keeping the conversation flowing and I just had a great all around experience here. Will for sure be going back in a couple weeks to get my Christmas nails on! Thanks Suzette for the great appointment and the wicked nails!!!

It was a great experience at Its all about me. I had gel nails full set done with Amanda. She was great, friendly informative. It was my first time and it was very exciting! My nails looked pretty after the session! I was happy. Thanks Amanda and it looks lovely! I'll come soon for a refill!!
