Got very ill for a week went to I U Urgert Care was sent to IU emergency right away. Doctor inform me to go home do not drive to hospital. Ask did I have ayone to take me I stated yes. He said great told me ok wish me well! Because of his quick actions I ended in the hospital for 5 days. I made IU Network my family as I am impressed. I am from Ohio been here 2 years. Not many Urgert Cares act quickly. Thanks for making me better through God!

Dr. Holly Harding at Greenwood Urgent Care is great! She was very specific in her directions and spoke loudly and clearly. I felt like she gave me good instructions. The rest of the staff from the receptionist to the X-Ray tech, Chris, were very caring and helpful.

I was sure i was going to be uncomfortable especially for going in for female issues. The staff especially the receptionist, the pregnant nurse and the tall thin dr made me so much more comfortable than i ever thought was possible. They were honestly there to help not to judge, which is something you don't find much anymore. Thank you very much!!!

Zero stars, if it were possible!! I went in on Sunday, 8/21, after booking a timeslot online for what I thought was a sinus infection and/or bronchitis. I was masked the entire time and I was told at check in that it would be another 30 minute wait. After 35 minutes, I went into an exam room. 20 minutes later, a nurse came in, took my vitals and asked if I wanted a flu and Covid test; advising me that the results would take 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, the doctor finally came in, told me I had Covid, and then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have Paxlovid because I would need a blood test first, and by the time the test came back, it would be too late for them to prescribe Paxlovid since I would be on day 5 of Covid. So I waited 2 1/2 hours for no treatment and a test that I should obviously have done at home. After 11 days Covid free, I went to my GP, who had to prescribe an antibiotic to clear up the residual congestion and sinus issues that he said would have been taken care of with the Paxlovid. He also was puzzled by the fact that the urgent care doctor refused to prescribe Paxlovid without doing a blood test beforehand. My advice: go elsewhere if you need care on a Sunday, because you won't get it here!!
