My son developed breathing difficulties on Labor Day. This was one of or maybe the only urgent care open. It was packed. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in but as soon as they heard he had breathing problems they immediate got him back to a room, checked his oxygen (which was low), and promptly started breathing treatments. All the staff were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and prompt. We had to be transported to the ER. The physician correctly diagnosed the problem and got us to the place he needed to be. They got his oxygen stabilized before going to the ER. So thankful for these health care professionals!

I've been here 5 or more times and have never been disappointed. Wait times can suck, but I've never felt they were unreasonable and it comes with a place like this. When I'm really sick and can't get into my PCP, the doctors here always treat me well and I feel listened to and taken care of after. Dr. Kate Kollman was particularly helpful and attentive during my last visit with the worst case of sinusitis I've had yet. EDIT: I had to get stitches here for the first time ever yesterday, and had another great experience. My nurse whose name I unfortunately forgot (but she had big glasses and very nice nails!) and Dr. Lori P both treated me so well and I felt very cared for the entire time. Even though it was my first time getting stitches and I was nervous, they both made it as easy as it could be!

I got right in to the urgent care. I felt the staff was caring and professional. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Patel during my service for his presence, attention, and thoroughness.

After other urgent cares gave me the runaround all morning, IU Urgent was a lifesaver! Not only was my wait time relatively short, but the MA, NP, and radiologist all worked together so quickly that I was in and out in under an hour. The whole process was so smooth that I’ll make this urgent care my go-to, even if it isn’t the closest one to us.
