I'm sure many are like me when it comes to making sure you stretch and taking care to not become a ball of "tension": lacking follow through. Time gets a hold of you and you continuously put off taking care of your body. I was off one day and decided to get a massage in hope of getting some relief to some foot, back and shoulder problems that were affecting me. My session with Ms. Lisa helped tremendously! Everything went well from the check-in to the check-out! She was polite and the massage was great.

Great atmosphere. Booked 1.5 hr deep tissue/acupressure/hot stone for my daughter and I. We both don't feel like the deep pressure was actually "deep." Did not focus deeply on shoulders and no focus on quads. Was overall a good basic massage but left wanting more on needed areas.
