I brought my iPhone with a damaged battery and a back glass that was flaking off and damn near gone. Ron is an absolute magician and was able to replace the battery for a great price whilst keeping the back glass in tact. He was extremely helpful and very confident in his ability to fix my phone which gave me peace of mind. Ron also thoroughly explained my options in terms of repair and was very transparent on repair costs. If I could give him and the store 10 stars I would! I highly recommend this store!

He was stable to unlock my phone and activated with the carrier while simultaneously dealing with multiple customers, and training new employee. Talking about top multitasking, and customer service.
