It has been 2 years since we got interiors done for our house at Lalghati, Bhopal by Arpit Saxena and his associate/colleague Prachi Trivedi, and we regret taking service from them every single day. They not just lacked experience but also a sense of accountability towards our project. They abandoned the project abruptly before completion. They treated our project unprofessionally. They never visited the site without multiple follow-ups. They never supervised the development when it was in progress, and would show up later to find faults and ask for redo of the work that would be already completed. There was no thought put in by them behind their solutions. They made quick fixes in the name of solutions and we are facing the consequences every single day as the things have been falling apart ever since and we are dealing with them everyday, cursing ourselves to have proceeded with these inexperienced architects. I can furnish pictures and evidences in case Mr. Arpit denies all that has been said. In response to owner's reply: 1. You missed the point. It is about the service offered by you, not the material used. Also, not sure what do you mean by quality, budget and labor selection were not in your scope. Quality is the first thing that a customer expects from any product or service. Budget was pre-decided and agreed upon. Was the budget so low that you could not deliver quality?? Labors were provided by your team, that's how interiors are done, correct? 2. This is a false claim that 'all' the problems were rectified. The interior was left abandoned abruptly by you/your partner Ms. Trivedi. We still have the incomplete structure stuck in our living room which Ms. Trivedi never bothered to bring to completion before she stopped communicating with us. We are finding work arounds to make that awkward structure look good, as, if we remove it that wall will have to be redone. This is only one out of many examples. 3. Yes, aggression is valid because we are still dealing with the issues every single day even after 2 years. We are still making calls to labors to fix them, and labor being labor don't show up despite months of follow-ups. Please call on my father's and brother's numbers which you possibly have saved in your phone. None of their numbers have changed and all our phones are functional, we use them everyday. So not sure in what many ways you tried reaching out to us. 4. Yes, nominal fees was held back because our work was left incomplete (I can share the amount and you can verify if it was substantial or nominal). Sofa, curtains, lamps, wallpapers, mirrors and several items were not even done when you wanted payment in full. 5. I definitely believe in solving problems, being a working professional myself. But this is not about putting blame, this is about holding the right person responsible. You made follow-ups for full payment but did you even once verified if the agreed work was completed or not? Did you check with your customer if they were satisfied with your service or not? Did you see the completed house for yourself? What is your last memory of the interiors of that house? You have to answer these questions to yourself, not me. Thanks.
