Melissa EThey did an okay good job with the trees, not exceptional, but okay. One of my biggest issues was that the workers were told to just do the bare minimum because Justin had undercut the price of a competitor. Instead of talking to us about mispricing things, he just told them to only do the very minimum. My other issues were in communication, showing up late (hours after expected) and still leaving in a rush with a bunch of branches behind that we have to take care of. The icing on the cake was one of the employees drinking on the job. I'm very uncomfortable with someone drinking, throwing the bottle on the ground near the trees, and using a chainsaw. That's a homeowner insurance nightmare. When I asked Justin about it, he brushed it off and said "I don't know anything about what they're doing."
