This company was responsive and accommodating when listening to customer wishes/needs. I will say of all the quotes I received they were the highest bid. Typically you choose the least expensive option. That would have been a terrible mistake. They were punctual, finished the job faster than quoted and went above and beyond. Our quote included new baseboards. It gave our old home a complete face lift. Highly recommend.

Excellent people behind this company. Very chill easy to talk to and understands all our needs. They aren't pushy for sales at the same time they give great advice to help make my home look better while working within budget. Communications were excellent no matter how big or small the job is. I got carpet, porcelain tiles, and baseboards redone and the results are amazing. If you're afraid a contractor might mess your flooring or skimp on quality then definitely contact J&M for top quality work.

J&M flooring was very unprofessional in our experience with them. They provided a basic quote and agreed to the work which entailed a couple of broken /non functional transitional pieces on our hardwood floor that need to be fixed immediately. They scheduled our repair only to send someone who was completely unprepared, with only a vague notion of the job, and then suddenly called it off on the day of the repair (which was weeks after the quote). This took place like an hour after they called us to confirm the job the morning of. It was bizarre, a waste of our time, and even a bit sexist, frankly, because Juan could not provide a reasonable explanation and mentioned not being able to please my wife when he had barely interacted with her and she did nothing but ask basic questions alongside me. Puzzling, disappointing experience with a company so well-reviewed-proceed with caution!
