I am a property owner and prospective client looking for full service property management while I am on military orders overseas. I really wanted to give Zanno a chance because they appear to have a positive online reputation and they are right down the road from me. 6 calls, 2 voicemails, 1 online inquiry and a email to their front office going back a month and a half and they have not responded to me at all- even to say, sorry, we are not accepting new clients. It makes me wonder how they treat their active clients or tenants and makes me skeptical of their positive reviews. They wasted my time that I could have been pursuing other options.
