I’m very disappointed with the treatment my daughter received. Her braces were removed earlier than expected, and the correction was not properly completed. I raised concerns multiple times, but was always told the retainer would fix the issue—unfortunately, it didn’t. Despite voicing my concerns, no one from the clinic followed up with me directly. I never received a call or any acknowledgment. As a result, my daughter’s smile has been affected, and so has her confidence. This experience has been very frustrating and disheartening. I expected better care, attention, and communication from a professional orthodontic office.

Since coming here in 2021, I’ve met a number of friendly staff like Rita. She made me feel comfortable every time I came for an appointment. She is very professional and welcoming. I am so happy with the results since getting my braces off. I have recommended this place to family and friends. If you’re looking for a place to get your braces done I would definitely suggest J Dental Care

This dental office is absolutely amazing! The customer service is truly exceptional. Maissa, Reta, Sarah, and Mehreen are all so welcoming, helpful, and supportive. They always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their positive energy and warm smiles always brighten my day. I can’t thank them enough for making every visit such a wonderful experience!
