I’m very disappointed with the treatment my daughter received. Her braces were removed earlier than expected, and the correction was not properly completed. I raised concerns multiple times, but was always told the retainer would fix the issue—unfortunately, it didn’t. Despite voicing my concerns, no one from the clinic followed up with me directly. I never received a call or any acknowledgment. As a result, my daughter’s smile has been affected, and so has her confidence. This experience has been very frustrating and disheartening. I expected better care, attention, and communication from a professional orthodontic office.

Since coming here in 2021, I’ve met a number of friendly staff like Rita. She made me feel comfortable every time I came for an appointment. She is very professional and welcoming. I am so happy with the results since getting my braces off. I have recommended this place to family and friends. If you’re looking for a place to get your braces done I would definitely suggest J Dental Care

Dr. Jamshaid and Dr. Sahar and their staff are friendly and accommodating. From the reception to the staff , treatment planning and session are seamlessly explained .Highly recommended for families who are looking for braces for their children and other dental needs.
