It was pleasure to work with I M team & specially Ms Neha , they were approachable , efficient & hard working , and instantly understand what exactly we need . The home was well designed , well stock by soft furnishings / Paintings & well choices by Curtains , head rest , colour patterns & carefully selected laminates . Their wereot.of Vastu points which they incorporated , along with senior citizen care's like Buzzer bell which rings in our Master bedroom , .in 3rd room bed side both sides & in bathroom for senior citizen emergency . Kids room & bathroom wallpapers , Painting & music speaker which looks like a Normal switch board , Beautiful mandir & colours of house , Balcony Arts and LED lights in Balcony , THE BAR console , Touch panels.instead of Normal switch boards , electric curtains , Makrana Marbles common bathroom Design , which make.the flat .look v big , spacious , clean , smoothing to eyes . Loved every bit of working with them. ***** Initially or mid way a person might get confused or might see sumthing different which looks better , but have faith in them , bcoz we might see one thing good in market , but in a 360 degree view of Home / living / room , that piece may not gel.with interiors , Interior architects see that view in 360° , so have faith in their experience as well. End result will be nice . It takes them also a bit time to get comfortanle with you and come back round to you in proper way in 3-4 months , so have patience , home making is a joint effort , one has to equally get involved. They recently did our house interiors. While a few parts turned out great, many things are still pending or below standard: – Bathroom mirror not installed (14+ days now) – One mirror still with plastic & ink – No wallpaper selected for a room – Shabby artwork left undone – Low quality furniture (sofa, bed backrest, centre table, outdoor seating) - Kitchen plumbing not fixed even after repeatedly telling them about the issue. We’ve been asking for a clear deadline, but “tomorrow” never comes. 😔 Their YT videos may look amazing, but our experience hasn’t been. Feels like they’re more focused on new clients & brand deals than completing ongoing projects. ❌ Wouldn’t recommend IM.

I was searching for good renovation videos almost an year ago n came across Ananya's videos one day n started being a fan of hers.I messaged her asking if they had any units in Kerala but she said they dont have any now,but will be starting online consultancy in near future.after a few months they revert back saying they have set up consultancy and I can avail their services online.i chose Colour Consultancy from InteriorMaata.i must say the highlighting element wasthey had a Malayali staff Akhila with whom i could deal freely in my language which undoubtedly made a good rapport as well as clarity in communication.within 2,3days itself they sent me the shades for walls as well asa highlighting element for another wall.Akhila not only send me the shades but she did share a looot of suggestions for my apartment regarding the color of sofa,curtain,door and where i should place the TV,what type of sofa best suits my room.she suggested a light shade for sofa,but i was not ready to take risk as i have little ones at home😄my demand was I wanted well lighted spacious looking room..This lil gal's suggestions were so valuable that i got everthing done almost close to what she said.Now everyone coming home gives me appreciation regarding the paint i chose,the L shape sofa i put,placing TV on the wall..everthing i get is compliments.Akhila was so much persuading me to put some beautifull decor piece on my highlighting wall and its her i send the 1st pic after getting a good piece.i got this service all almost an year ago,still when i shared the conplete look pic to Akhila,she came up with suggestion for a lighting arrangement for the photos i placed on the wall.how sweet i thought about her.Ananya,her Hubby and team has rendered a wonderful service for me..n i must really compliment You for having Akhila in ur team to deal so beautifully with people.

If I would have an option of zero rating , I would have done that. We had a really bad experience with this firm. They were really very quick when the had to take renovation charges deposited all in advance. But when it came to execution, we were not given the designs even in 5 months. They don't pick ur calls, very rude and even the designing is not worth. We were given a budget of 11 lac for our flat, but when they came with final bill, it was 26 lacs, I mean what match is that. Later they said they had some issue with their firm, many people left and our project was put on hold . Be it dear Ananya madam, she keeps telling you she will call in 2 days , but that day never came and they stopped answering us. So in our personal experience this is the lousiest firm, very unprofessional, just don't go by their Instagram and Facebook posts. I think they are all bunch of fake people , giving you high promises but not having any vision of execution and manners.
