J. Jodoin Ltd. Plumbing

They are just incompetent! My landlord called for them to fix my bathroom sink as it was leaking. They said they would be there shortly. They appeared 5h later. The plumber charged my landlord 400$ for 30 min work. He changed the faucet and left pipes moving out of the walls. The water doesn’t even leak straight. When I complained to my landlord, he called them back to conplete the work that the previous plumber couldn’t be bothered to do. I inquired about the way the direction the water comes out and they said that’s how water comes out of a faucet. A mess!! Every time my landlord calls them they can barely fix plumbing issues. They take advantage of him because he is an older man. Avoid at all cost.

Just wanted to say that I really appreciated the service I got today from Jodoin Ltd. Plumbing. Ahmed, the plumber that showed up, did a fantastic job on the issues that were presented to him. Also, the receptionist, I’ll call her Lady M. was very professional and thorough with my phone request! Thank you Jodoin Ltd. Plumbing!

My first time using them and very disappointing experience -Emailed them job details with pictures and installation guide and got an appointment -They asked to have my credit card info BEFORE my appointment because I am new client which is very strange. Even they assured us it will be removed after the job. -Appointment got moved to the next day without notice and we found out when we called back to check -we asked for 2 installations, the plumber cannot finish any of them because he missed some plumbing fitting to connect a 1/4 pipe to 3/8 pipe. He promised us to try to find the required fitting and come back to finish the job. We paid for the job even nothing is finished. -The next day I called to follow up, the receptionist told me they do not know what to do next . blame me to not have the parts, and told me that I need to contact the manufacturer to get the parts, told me that before I have them they cannot do anything - I ask the receptionist to send me an email with what I need to ask the manufacturers for. She promised she will send the email during the day - 3 business days has since passed, I have received NO EMAIL from them yet. - I tried to contact other plumbing companies to finish the job, all of them after listening to my situation and see the pictures told me the part that is missing is something that plumbers have in their van, very common and they all can fix my problem. However since the job is half done, some of them gave me a very high price quote because they need to verify what the other plumber did - Finally I have found a company that quote me reasonable price and the plumber finished the job the next day The plumber I got from JJodoin seems young and maybe lack of experience which I can understand, what is totally unprofessional is their management after knowing the situation decided to leave me the mess, not keeping their promise and no help.
