We used Alair for our home renovations and had a great experience! Our “few” things we wanted updated in our house quickly turned into a total gut and remodel job on our dream home. Our project manager did a great job throughout the whole project keeping everything within our timeline, staying in good communication with us and the subcontractors and making sure all of the work was done to our high standards. We’ve been happy with how quick they’ve been to fix any issues that have come up. Anytime someone comes to our house, they are amazed at how amazing everything looks and the level of detail in each room. We’d use Alair again for any future renovations.

My husband and I worked with Alair on an addition and remodel for our home that recently finished up. This included a closet and office extension, outdoor patios (covered and uncovered), outdoor kitchen, additional powder room, landscaping and removal of our fire place to replace with a large sliding glass door. We worked with Roger from the start who was very easy to work with and was always a clear communicator. The team helped us with design at the beginning to confirm all aspects of this phase of our project while also keeping in mind future projects we want to do to make sure everything is cohesive and we are not having to redo things down the road. Scott was our project manager and was fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable, kept us on track and jumped in quickly to help whenever little issues came up. He coordinated with all of the vendor teams and made sure we knew next steps and what to expect, or if things were delayed for any reason. The other Alair team members we worked with were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Pat our site manager helped tremendously day to day and even helped with odds and ends (including letting our dog out when needed!). Mark and Farris were both very professional, knowledgeable and did great work! This team not only did a wonderful job helping bring our vision to life but they were also great to work with along the way! I would highly recommend them for any remodeling or new construction.

Alair completed a relatively large project including an addition and partial house renovation including kitchen within the discussed schedule at very high quality. Further, they were very easy to work with and did well managing the project while we were still living in the house. We are very pleased with this team and would use them for another complicated renovation or a new build.
