The quote was provided to us over the phone which was excellent as many other plumbers charge just to come out for an estimate. JT Plumbing gave us the peace of mind we were looking for regarding our water shut offs to exterior hose bibs and a scope of our main line going out to the sewer. After not receiving responses from 2 other plumber’s emergency lines, I was referred to JT plumbing. He answered when I called, and made arrangements to get someone out in a timely manner. Jay showed up in the time frame offered quickly found the source of the leak and made some additional recommendations on some plumbing that was a bit older that should get replaced (which we were already expecting to be addressed) but Jay even took the time to explain why certain pieces of plumbing needed to be upgraded. The costs of repairs were far less than we were anticipating, and we have all the upgraded components to withstand the use. Will certainly be recommending JT plumbing to anyone who might need their services!

We had a tap that wouldn't shut off and it didn't have a shut off valve. I called and they showed up soon after. They didn't have the part but went and got it and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. Great guys and great service.
