Nice people, but honestly, they don't know how to color sand, and I was promised they would, and it looks terrible! But, that's not the worst of the job, it has had numerous mistakes, flaws, cracks, peeling, and they have tried over and over to fix things, but they just don't know how on some, or aren't trying, and on other things, they completely fixed it, they said, and it still looks terrible. The pics are what's left to fix after numerous requests, olus the rear bumoer is peeling. And each time I take it back, it is a week to 3 weeks, without my truck! If they are professionals, why don't they know how to color sand? To do it right the first time, to use body filler that doesn't crack, and paint and how to scratch chrome before applying black Raptor lining and bedliner? I have basically wasted about $8,000. Sure, I could keep taking it back over and over again, like in the past, but that's crazy, when they don't know how to fix anything. In their defense, noone else in the State Farm list of paint and body shops would take my truck, and they did. I am not sure what to do. Going to court seems the only remedy, but I hate to do that.

‼️EDIT‼️ Took my truck to go get repaired when it was time for me to get my truck i noticed over spray all over the windows,tail lights,Bedliner. Took it back they re did their work and still didn’t do the job right that rock chipping layer was sprayed right over the clear coat of the truck. Would give it no ⭐️ if I could ‼️EDIT‼️ They reached out to me on getting my truck repaired and of course I decided to accept it. I took my truck 2 days later after getting the call and for him to tell me bring it back later because he was busy to bring it back next week after Memorial Day. I called Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see when I was able to take it in and I was met with he’s not here ATM I’ll tell him to give you a call back later never received a call that whole day. My wife calls Wednesday afternoon asking for the owner and a guy says he’s on lunch we will tell him to give you a call when he gets back….. Never received the call back from them and my truck stays the same

I think very highly of these guys. They repainted my hood once for a fair price. There have also been several times where I've come to them seeking a quote for some minor damage and they just fixed it quick right there in the parking lot and didn't want anything for it. It's nice to know they aren't seeking to take advantage of people and like to be helpful and do a good job. I definitely recommend looking into J. Willis when you're looking around for repair help.
