I dined in tonight with a friend, and we had a wonderful time. Our server was amazing, often checking in on us and allowing us to simply chat at our table after finishing our meals. She had no issue keeping my friend company while waiting for me to arrive, which is appreciated. ☺️ The food was delicious, albeit expensive for the portion size. However, you get great service and atmosphere, so I won't say overpriced. The drinks we got were tasty, and I love that they were served in festive cups/glasses - which you can buy! So fun, I love the restaurant's decor and vibe this holiday season. ❤️ Definitely a factor I'll associate with it from now on. Overall, Jack Astor's on Richmond was a nice place to dine at. The food was scrumptious, the service astounding, and the atmosphere incredibly festive. 🎄 Cheers to the staff and happy holidays! ☃️

My server Courtney was amazing. Warm and welcoming. Friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere was festive. They did a great job at decorating for the holidays however i found the food quality has declined. The brushetta seemed to be without feta and could have done without the garlic aoili. The cookie that ate the brownie was served from a brown paper bag. Could have been a touch warmer and an accompanying chocolate or Caramel sauce, or scoop of ice cream could have helped the overall flavor and presentation.

I am regular at This location.. its my favourite place to hang out with my friends. Amazing service, food and the vibes . I like the bar upstairs in summer … I went there with my girlfriends last night (August 18th). The service by Kim was amazing. She is very good at making us feel comfortable. She needs a raise… Wonderful place to enjoy…

Made a reservation here to celebrate my 23rd birthday. The staff made it extremely easy to make the reservation and we were able to choose where we wanted to sit. We chose the patio and the vibes were immaculate. Our waitress, Makayla, kept us entertained the whole night. She was extremely friendly and relatable. She kept our table laughing, smiling and genuinely enjoying every moment of our dinner. She really made my birthday memorable! Makayla went above and beyond to make sure every moment was special and that we were enjoying ourselves. She even offered to take a photo for us. The food and drinks were also super yummy so that was great too. Great atmosphere and would definitely come back here and celebrate another event… and hopefully Makayla will be around to keep the party going!! Thank you Jack Astors for hosting the best 23rd birthday dinner!
